Under the arches of the San Francesco Bridge, Chinese artist Cai Guo Qiang created the work *UMoCA* (Under Museum of Contemporary Art) in 2001, a project that is part of the series *Everything is Museum*.
In 2005, on the occasion of the tenth edition of Art to Art, Cai Guo Qiang invited artist Jennifer Wen Ma to exhibit under the bridge’s arches. For the occasion, she developed the project *Aeolian Garden*, a work that features a sound garden where visitors, rocked in hammocks, are invited to relax and listen to the sound of the wind produced by the anemometers.
