Under the arches of the San Francesco Bridge, Chinese artist Cai Guo Qiang created the work *UMoCA* (Under Museum of Contemporary Art) in 2001, a project that is part of the series *Everything is Museum*.
In 2005, on the occasion of the tenth edition of Arte all’Arte, Cai Guo Qiang invited artist Jennifer Wen Ma to exhibit under the bridge’s arches. For the occasion, she developed the project *Aeolian Garden*, a work that features a sound garden where visitors, rocked in hammocks, are invited to relax and listen to the sound of the wind produced by the anemometers.
