On September 15, 2000, the work “I dormienti” by Mimmo Paladino (Paduli, Benevento 1948) was inaugurated, donated to the city of Poggibonsi and permanently placed at the Fonte delle Fate, a 11th-century portico that covers a spring and a basin.
The inauguration was accompanied by a soundtrack composed for the occasion by Brian Eno. You can listen to a section of this music here.
